Unless otherwise specified, no returns or exchanges of goods will be accepted. Please read the return or exchange policy stipulated by the supplier carefully before ordering.

The computer parts sold by our company are guaranteed to be replaced within 7 days if they are damaged (excluding specially ordered products). Replacement products must be kept in complete packaging, free of any damage or scratches, or without a completed warranty, and only products of the same model can be replaced.

If the LCD screen has 4 or more light spots/dead spots on the entire screen, please check it immediately when purchasing. Exceeding this period means that both parties agree that the product quality meets the specifications.

According to the return or exchange policy of individual suppliers, if the goods you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you may return the goods within 10 days of the receipt date. Return or exchange within four (14) days provided that: return or exchange policy applies; the item is unused and in the condition as originally sold, together with all parts and accessories provided with the item, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables , bags and boxes; the packaging of the goods must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you; and the request for return or exchange is sent to our customer service representative via email and returned to Capital Computer within the period specified by the supplier.

You agree and accept that after this website receives the return confirmation, the money will be refunded to you according to the original payment method. Credit card payment: This website will directly refund the money to the credit card account you used to pay, and will not provide cash refunds. The actual refund date is slightly different depending on the card issuer's settlement date and operating time. If any promotional discount is applied to the total purchase amount at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the item (refund).
